Actively looking for a Senior Deskside Support Engineer with a min of 2 years of experience working in a Pharmaceutical environment, the daily duties will consist of;
– Using Service Now to manage all tickets, KB’s and SLA’s
– Looking for re-occurring IT trends and providing a solution
– Provide 1st & 2nd line support to users across 2 offices (500 staff)
– Good knowledge of lenovo hardware
Location for this role will be Covent Garden based at our clients site.
You would need to have valid SC for this role.
